Darou Pakhsh
Darou Pakhsh is the leading pharmaceutical company in Iran. The company is
majority-owned by the Social Security Organization of Iran. The company
manufactures, distributes, imports and exports finished products and
pharmaceutical raw materials. Darou Pakhsh has an annual turnover of US$400m and
claims to have the largest research and development operation of any Iranian
drug firm. The company formed a plasmapheresis joint venture with a German
medical firm, Biotest AG, in early 2004. Darou Pakhsh is listed on the Tehran
Stock Exchange.

Defense Industries Organization. It is a diversified organization with
operations in electronics, optics, electro-optics, communications, computer and
semiconductors.

Iran Khodro
Iran Khodro Company, also known as IKCO, is the leading Iranian automaker with
headquarters in Tehran. The company's original name was Iran National. IKCO was
founded in 1962 and it produced 688,000 passenger cars in 2009. IKCO
manufactures vehicles including sedans, trucks, minibuses and buses.

Mobarakeh Steel Company
Mobarakeh Steel Company (MSC, Persian: فولاد مبارکه , Foolad Mobarakeh) is an
Iranian steel company, located 65 km south west of Esfahan, near the city of
Mobarakeh, Esfahan Province, Iran. It is Iran's largest steel maker, and one of
the largest industrial complexes operating in Iran. It was first commissioned
after the Iranian Revolution in 1979 and officially initiated operations during
1993. Underwent major revamping during year 2000, and is presently schedule for
a second and third revamping, due in 2009–2010, bringing the total steel output
to 7,200,000 metric tons per year. The company owns the successful football
club, Sepahan F.C..

National Iranian Oil Company
The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), a government-owned corporation under
the direction of the Ministry of Petroleum of Iran, is an oil and natural gas
producer and distributor headquartered in Tehran. It was established in 1948.
NIOC ranks as the world's second largest oil company, after Saudi Arabia's
state-owned Aramco.

National Iranian Petrochemical Company
The National Iranian Petrochemical Company (NIPC), a subsidiary to the Iranian
Petroleum Ministry, is owned by the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It is responsible for the development and operation of the country's
petrochemical sector. Founded in 1964, NIPC began its activities by operating a
small fertilizer plant in Shiraz. Today, NIPC is the second largest producer and
exporter of petrochemicals in the Middle East. Over these years, it has not only
expanded the range and volume of its products, but it has also taken steps in
areas such as R&D to achieve more self-sufficiency.

Pegah Golpayegan
Pegah Golpayegan (Persian: پگاه گلپایگان) is a dairy factory in Iran.
The Processed cheese production line at Pegah Golpayegan is unique in Iran in
that it can produce continually various types of processed cheese in sterile
form with high durability and prolonged viability (one year). Currently package
of this product is in triangular shape. Yogurt and water production line is also
automatic having packaging capacity of 2,000 bottle per hour in various sizes.
Among other factory products are pizza cheese, triangular and cup shaped package
cream cheese, cream yogurt, ordinary yogurt, garlic contained dehydrated yogurt,
industrial liquid dried whey, dried black curds, coca dairy dessert, pasteurized
milk, cocoa milk, butter, rice milk, confectionery cream and animal oils.

SAIPA
Saipa is the second largest Iranian auto manufacturer.
Saipa (an acronym for Societe Annonyme Iranienne de Production Automobile) was
established in 1966, assembled the two-cylinder Citroën mini passenger car, the
Dyane, and manufactured licensed versions of the original Renault 5, Renault 21
and Kia Pride. Production of the Saipa Pride continued until 2005 when then they
introduced an updated model based on the Pride called the Saipa 141 while
continuing to sell their version of the Pride under the names Saba and Nasim.

Zam Zam Cola
Zam Zam Cola (Persian: زم زم كولا, Zam Zam Kola) is a cola-flavoured soft drink
produced in Iran by Zamzam Soft Drink Mfg. Co.
It is particularly popular in Iran and parts of the Arab World, having gained a
cult[citation needed] status there as a Muslim alternative to "Western" products
such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi. Zam Zam is also one of the few remaining soda
companies in Iran that uses refillable glass bottles.
The director of the Zam Zam Cola Company is Ahmad-Haddad Moghaddam. The Zam Zam
Cola Company is owned by the Bonyad-e Mostazafen va Janbazan, the Foundation for
the Oppressed and Disabled, the largest of Iran's powerful Bonyads.
